Michelle
Petersen is the President of Strategic Learning
Solutions, a global provider of Human Capital
Management and Development Solutions. Strategic
Learning Solutions is a 6-year old company that
partners with many Mid-sized and fortune 500
companies to develop “People
Strategies”.
Michelle holds an MBA and has
over 15 years of Management and Executive
Management experience. Michelle specializes in
Executive Coaching and is responsible for
strategic planning, new product development, and
the Sales and Marketing team. She has published
and been quoted in many articles on Human Capital
investment.

| Michelle maintains membership with
many industry related Organizations including ASTD
and SHRM. She also remains passionate about
charity work and has supported organizations like
Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald
House, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater
Scottsdale. Michelle currently holds a board
position with The Partnership for a Drug Free
